When Ryel and his dad move into a three-bedroom house with Lonnie and her two sons Darcy and Harry, Ryel is forced to share a room. Although the boys are friends at school, living together provides a new set of challenges and Ryel can barely sleep at night. Luckily, the annual sockey tournament at school is coming up. The boys make a deal. Whoever ranks highest in the competition gets a room all to himself. Despite losing in the end, Ryel realizes sharing isn't so bad.
